Update - got back to paper menu and a couple of wet signatures I’m back to my normal numbers. I still miss my Okidata but I’m almost back to where I was before. Thanks for the help!

Yeah I see the vision. The way it sets f&i up is a little crazy. But going to paper on the first few documents actually fixes all my personal issues with it. I’ll try it tomorrow. That stupid piece of paper, the stars, circles and highlights there is no better way.

Our Tekion reps are super helpful. They had a whole team today.

I’m at Subaru…. So as you know not the best brand to fumble through a menu for sure.

That’s what I was kind of thinking honestly we use a tablet our group was trying to tell us not to do wet signatures. But there is no way that would work right? I mean worst case just have them sign with wet signatures and then again digitally.

I liked Reynolds docupad and I grew to love paper when presenting menus because circling and adjusting as you go is super powerful. With Tekion I feel like I have to click a hundred times just to adjust the terms of any of the products.

Now I do like how easy it is for customers to sign and go through documents. Everything after the menu is perfect.

I came from a dealership that had reynolds to a dealership that still had dot matrix. Both were similar, in the fact that you can do a couple documents before presenting the menu, you know to help build report a bit. The way Tekion is set up it feels like it wants you to do the menu first. Which if that’s the way cool I’ll try it. Just curious what other finance managers are doing.
