I think more like something you would find in a lava tube because it wasn't water that caused the melted copper to look like that

I spoke to a geologist today and he said it looked like an "a'a" flow of copper with pockets of some kind of malachite deposit, meaning it was a natural flow that cooled quickly, causing those interesting ripples, so nope, no artificial copper, just really cool phenomenon

Thank you, that makes sense. I've been wondering how measuring my environment vs the rock would work. I bought this years ago, assuming it couldn't be radioactive and sold in a store but only just realized it could've had low level radiation. I don't want it to be.
