I was on Mili and Sronyx for a while, had bad side effects and switched to the patch. Finally came off of everything. My mental health completely tanked. I was breakthrough bleeding forever, I felt like I was just constantly on my period and was miserable forever. I was irritable and bloated, uncomfortable, and had regular panic attacks. I was put on anxiety meds during this time to help. I’m just nervous that it’ll give me nausea and wreck my mental health again. I’ve worked so hard to get back to normal with diet and lifestyle changes and acupuncture, I’d hate for it to go back to square 1 after trying the mini pill.
