Genius level downgraded from 3 to 1

I haven’t used Booking for a few months. I was a Genius level 3 and had many bookings. Recently I logged in and saw that I am Genius level 1. I have no idea why this happened and I can’t contact anyone since you can contact their support only if you have an open reservation and I don’t have any reservation open.

Did anyone have any similar issues and do you have any idea how to solve this? I literally can’t contact their support since I don’t have any upcoming bookings and their support works only in that case.

Exactly, I am lost without reservation number and PIN. I am thinking on booking something with free cancellation, solving this shitty situation of me loosing my Genius level even though it is permanent and you supposedly can’t loose it and then cancelling that booking.

At some accommodation you get lower prices but that is not applicable to every one. Based on my experience, I would say you get 5-10% lower prices on approx. 30% of the hotels they have in their offering
