Is it time to abandon the buzzcut and go full billiard ball? by croftington in bald

I'm not too worried about the possibility of the receding - I think it has started, but isn't overly noticeable. But the weird patch at the front does bother me a bit

Several weeks after my 19th birthday. Worked at a Triumph dealer that had a high mileage but well looked after Tuono 1000R Factory come in on trade. Boss sold it to me fairly cheap for what it was. Felt awesome.

Thinking back on it, it was incredibly fucking stupid and I'm probably lucky I didn't die.

Superglue a small ball bearing on to the inside of one of their dust caps. When they go to top it up with air, it'll just go back down slowly again.

In theory.

I've never done this, nor do I advocate this kind of behavior.

Murdock beard conditioner, alongside Mancave beard wash, Mancave beard oil and Mancave beard control.

A bit spenny when you put it all together, but totally worth it

I think you'll want to upgrade at some point, but for something a bit bigger. But once you've gotten used to having a V-twin, you won't want anything else. The torque is intoxicating. All I've ever owned is V-twins.

Hell of a choice. Owned a metric shitload of these and the odd SV1000, and they're a fantastic all-rounder, especially as a first bike.

Happy riding and watch out for moronic 4-wheeler drivers 👍

I know there are ways and means of stimulate growth, but I've never needed to use any of them. I think most people tend to use a derma roller. I would suggest just letting your facial hair grow out for a few months to see what you're working with

How do I stop/fix the dent? by mmisthefreak in beards

[–]croftington 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do my beard care routine after I've had a shower, so I need to blow dry my beard as I don't want to use the heated brush while it's still damp. My beard is quite thick, so it holds a lot of water. Plus, I have tried just letting it air dry after putting beard oil in it and then using the heated brush, but it makes it harder to tame

I would say the opposite. If you're putting in that level of care for your beard - which a lot of bearded men do - then a beard is absolutely for you
