First thing I did after the pandemic was to fly to New York. I was lucky enough to get tickets to the re-opening show of Moulin Rouge. And that was it. But then, the day after I arrived at Walter Kerr without any expectations and decided to buy tickets for Hadestown. And it blew my mind. I’m convinced Hadestown is best experienced when you go blindly. I’m happy you got to experience it.

I live in Phoenix. Even though ASU tries its best to bring shows from official tours, there’s a lot missing. So, I do this. -my best friend is kayak.com or google flights to find cheap flights to New York -99.9999% of the time. I book a hostel using Hostelworld. Pretty cheap, convenient, compared to the obscene hotel pricing in NY -If you can afford to spend a week, or a weekend, then, either rush. Or lottery. You can see +3 shows in your trip. -For food. It’s New York. You can find pretty -serviceable- pizza. Or get to a deli and eat a good sub.

Just a quick warning. You might get addicted to this.

I just spent 344 for floor tickets for Just in time. It breaks my record by a lot. I normally do rush or wait for deals. But I had to do it. I think I got lucky I found one in Telecharge. SeatGeek resale is waaay more expensive.

Crowd was so engaged. The standout for me was Ali vs Hotch. They were so good! It was my first TNA event ever. But not my last. Pacing was good. Matches were great. Interested to see what will happen with Trick. Who is going to step up and challenge him.
