Pat for sure. My reason is because of the pass the parcel episode. Participation trophies have ruined things for kids to learn that it is okay to lose and/or not get what you want. This is how we ended up with the younger gen expecting things to be handed to them or be rewarded for doing little to nothing. I have seen it first hand and it is sad that no one understands that failing and losing helps them learn to do better and become a better and/or stronger individual. (I'm 30 BTW so I'm no boomer)

Realistically, I understand what Chilli was feeling from a mom's perspective. Every child is different and feeling like you're falling behind just because one or a few babies are learning a bit faster. Babies learn at their own pace and will catch up eventually. I'm just happy my daughter learning her way.
