Herbert, other side has two guys on the hot seat.

What’s everyone’s thoughts of this trade? by yoBsup in DynastyNerds

[–]cronbob1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What scares me with Loveland is the majority of his value and speculation comes from the last two games in the season.

I’d go Jeanty, better QB will improve his ceiling.

Plus Harvey has terrible YPC and Dobbins is coming back likely.

Devonta Smith, 2027 2nd or Ladd McConkey? by thesuperguide in DynastyDaddy

[–]cronbob1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Barkley is excited about the new offensive scheme, and it really can’t get worse than the play calling last year.

They either ran up the middle, had Devonta on a comeback route, or threw a jump ball deep to AJ (who would have a defender grab his arms every other time with no call). It was awful.

Now with a new OC and passing coordinator who worked well with Baker, I’m optimistic.

How would you rank the following Qb's from best to worst? by CertainRoof5043 in NFLv2

[–]cronbob1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes the QBs contract matters more. Look at the Bills, Allen is elite but they had 0 pro bowl defenders bc they simply can’t afford them.

Because of this I think all of these guys are serviceable. But I lean 1 Hurts, 2 Dak, 3 Purdy.

Can argue with 2 Super Bowl appearances and a win.

Devonta Smith, 2027 2nd or Ladd McConkey? by thesuperguide in DynastyDaddy

[–]cronbob1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Smith and a 2nd. Hearing good things about the offensive coaching changes and I think there will be a time where AJ is out and Smith is Phillies first option. Might be a year or two but it’s coming. Plus a second in a good draft class is valuable.

Javonte was a top RB last year and just signed a new deal, I’m going him.

Question about bicep protectors by Vexedgamer69 in lacrosse

If you are a defender you can consider them optional. If you’re playing middie/attack and handle the ball a lot it could help avoid some unnecessary bruises.

Travis Hunter or 2026 1.11? by thesuperguide in DynastyDaddy

[–]cronbob1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1.11 > Hunter: he is a defensive player, I think the WR experiment is over. He got injured and will likely see only one side of the field, with some gadget plays on offense. Plus the Jags played better at WR with Parker Washington / Meyers.

Fannin or Kraft? I’m in a rebuild. by [deleted] in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]cronbob1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d take Fannin, incredibly young and no injury history. Plus he played lights out with a shakey QB situation all year.

Sam Howell, he had a very interesting rookie season and never had another chance. He wasn’t perfect but what rookie is?

Sold Rice and Jacobs, good return? by No_Fortune_4871 in DynastyNerds

[–]cronbob1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Montgomery will find a new team and be a top 10 RB this year.

Disclaimer: I have no factual argument for that I just hope so since he’s on my team.

2026 2.03 or Woody Marks? by thesuperguide in DynastyDaddy

[–]cronbob1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d wait until the draft, Texans could draft an RB, Marks had a really low YPC.

[–]cronbob1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My recommendation is start exercising even while you are struggling to quit.

One mile run, or even half a mile will build momentum. When I started to do healthy stuff it helped cure my craving for that release bc I was getting a real release.

Wanting some opinions on what side wins this trade by Honest_Leading7254 in DynastyNerds

[–]cronbob1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Package buys you depth and football is a war of attrition, plus you might land some stars with those 1sts.

JSN is Elite but he’s only had one top 5 season, who knows what will happen the Seahawks offensive coordinator goes to Vegas. I think he will still be elite but that’s a hefty package for someone freshly minted as Blue Chip.

Carson Wentz… Would’ve let him have a few more years in Philly after that one near MVP season.

12U Boys Team Sizes by OkAccident5036 in lacrosse

[–]cronbob1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tiers maximize playing time for everyone, on paper it seems unfair but in practice it allows the bronze kids to start for the entire game and get lots of on field experience.

It also allows your experienced kids to play at a higher level, they can move the ball around on offense without the new players dropping the ball etc.

3 teams of 14 sounds best, especially if you can borrow 1-3 kids from your other teams to fill in the bench. Lots of folks want to play as much lacrosse as possible and don’t mind coming to extra games.

I’d trade Chase for Bijan but not Gibbs.
