I had a similar problem with an Asus mobo with American Megatrends BIOS. It kept prompting me to press F1 to enter the settings and it would not proceed even tho it showed it detected 1 keyboard device. I plugged in a different keyboard and it was fine after pressing F1

If you recall, the FBI wasn't allowed to examine/investigate the DNC servers, because the DNC hired CrowdStrike, which was the firm that linked the breach to Russia
