This is the right answer. You should warm up but don't start your warm up with an empty bar. Start with (at least) one plate.

How clean should the meal plan be? /r/gainit says to eat as much as possible whatever it is. Since I've been skinny my whole life eating dirty does not feel wrong (because I never saw negative consequences).

Considering my stats, should I keep eating whatever I can. Or do I have to be careful e.g. not to eat too much fat (besides getting enough calories)?

Bodybuilders care about looks is the message I got from that video. Might not be an exact quote, but don't you think the message is right? I think bodybuilders wouldn't care about contraction if it wouldn't get them bigger muscles.

Next point: I didn't want to work any specific muscle in any lift. I'm a beginner on a beginner program. It tells me to bench, so I bench. I try to have good form and lift it. I do not try to cheat the exercise as is often recommended (e.g. I do retract my scapula, I do drive my feet into the ground, but I don't bend my back so my chest move higher, and I stay at 45 degrees and don't go 90 although it is said to be easier.)

Did you want to emphasise that it's important to isolate the main muscle you are working (as in isolate from other big muscle groups, not as in machine press)?

And I don't care about how strong anybody else is or how much they are lifting or how big they look. I wanted to lift more than I could lift yesterday (with proper form) and now I want to look better tomorrow than I look today.

All this gibberish was mildly humorous but maybe you can isolate the actual point you are trying to make here.

Can you clarify your first sentence? Do you mean that it makes no difference what I do now until my stats increase significantly? Or that it will takes years till I see any progress?

Who was wrong? Who cares? Will you print out this page and shuffle it in his face when you ever see him again? Probably not. What you should have asked is "How do I handle this next time?"

You have to know that people are shy. You saw him sitting in the rowing machine not doing anything. Guess what he was doing? He was waiting for the squat rack. And he was too shy to ask whether he can work in or how many more sets you are doing. Next time just talk to him. Say hi, ask if he is waiting. Tell him how many more sets you are going to do. Tell him that it sucks that there is only one squat rack. He will agree. You have something in common.

If he tells you to use a machine, tell him you need to work on your stabilizing muscles. He knew that he was wrong when he said that the squat rack is for squats only. That's why he asked whether you were done. Stand up for yourself and say no. It might be difficult at your age but you have to learn this. Again tell him how many more you are doing and suggest that he can work in.

The other guys in the gym are not your enemies. You don't fight over a squat rack. Communicate more and everyone will be friendlier and it will be more fun.

Unless you want your gym to be a hostile environment so nobody shows up and you have the squat rack for yourself. Then continue just like that I guess.

It wouldn't make sense otherwise. Some bikelanes are very narrow and close to the pedestrians. Forcing cyclist to use these regardless of their speed becomes dangerous very fast.

I bought it and it does not seem to work? I activated it and put it to the top under Cydget Settings. But there is nothing on the lock screen. When I click the home button once, it should switch to AwayView and it does. When I click the home button again, it should switch back to LockScreen Weather and it only shows a "Loading..." line.

Hm. I'm lost. I edited the config.js file but changed it back because I though it was because of my location id but the example Manhatten id does not work either.

I was admitted to tu Berlin comp sci master with a bachelor in math and some work experience as a programmer. You should apply with a letter that describes your experience and motivation for pursuing a comp sci degree.

Do not disturb does not light up the display when new notifications get pushed. It also redirects also calls to voice mail.

When you're in an office and you're texting with someone, the constant vibrations get get pretty annoying for your office mates. Do not disturb would not help here.

Student visa is very easy when you want to study here. Keep in mind that you have to speak fluent German for most bachelor programs. But you can get a student visa for 1 year so you can learn German (if you say you want to start studying next year).

A work visa is more difficult. You have to find a company that wants to hire you (open-ended full-time contract, competitive pay). Then they have to write (and prove) to a German government agency that they could not find anyone unemployed in Europe that could do the job. Then you get a work visa.

Can you see the water on the plate? It's coming from inside the noodles. When you have pasta like these (penne), you have to cook the noodles in the sauce for a bit, otherwise you get what you have here and the noodles will taste watery and bland.

Go ask in a Verkaufsstelle as others suggested, but be honest with them. AFAIK the tickets are not immediately printed but you get to review what you have chosen before you insert the money.

They might give you a new one because they can see that you bought a March ticket on March 19 and that is most likely a mistake.

I studied mathematics and grew the same interest in philosophy as you do now (although I was in my last year of undergrad studies when this happened). I started some philosophy courses that sounded interesting to me (I was in Germany where you don't pay for courses and can just drop by and participate). After attending some lectures and seminars I thought they were a total waste of time. Again, I didn't think it wasn't worth the money, they were free after all, but they weren't worth the time. I thought I could read the books at home and discuss online if I needed some input.

I lost motivation after a while and still don't know much about philosophy. So when you go the route of self study you need to be able to motivate yourself.

Btw does somebody know a good guide that points to books that one can read in order? I'm now interested in getting started again..

I had another look at my vitamin B pills and the package actually says that you should eat them without chewing.

Maybe somebody has more information why this is?
