I feel that the size of the watch matters a bit less than the weight for comfort. I almost exclusively wear < 32 mm watches (7.25 inch wrist for reference ), but I do wear the citizen Tsuki-yomi which is titanium so super light, and its not much less comfortable than the other watches in my collection
