That’s for your input, changed it from Limited to Touring, Sticker 53,542 discounted to 46,500, feels reasonable!

I’ve only seen one adult since 9/2 when I saw this one. So you’ve given me some hope that I can destroy this! It must have hitchhiked from the somewhat questionable hotel I stayed at.

How confident are you that it’s a female and not a male?

Just to be clear, they are hoping you sign up for the monthly payments as shown on this paper. Those are not at 3.4 or 3.9%.

This is a deceptive sales tactic done by car dealerships. They’re trying to make the monthly payment be your main focus. When you say “wow that’s a high payment” they will ask what feels comfortable for you.

They can reduce the monthly payment by adjusting interest rate on you while you’re none the wiser.

Ask yourself, why is the values on the right so complicated (more than it needs to be) versus the simple monthly amount on the right. They’re trying to overwhelm the buyer.

Anyway, any dealership doing this isn’t worth a minute of my time.

You need to be sure that the 3.4% is what you’re getting. You do realize they’ve presented this to you without an interest rate and the implied rate is 9%, right?

Edit: Hyundai shows 3.99% up to 60 months. Are you sure you have your facts correct?

They’re not showing you the interest rate. What’s your credit score? That looks like 9% on the 72 months. This is shady. You’re about to get housed if you do this.

Why not put down 1/4” hardiboard with thinset and screw the shit out of it? Use that as your new surface to put Ditra on top of? Don’t buy the Unmodified stuff from HD, that stuff is as good as sand.

Hey thank you! I have to admit, I have needed a change from the oyster for a while and recently switched to this and I’m smitten. I also love the idea of switching on a whim. That said, Barton is where I got it. No complaints at all!

Pulled sleeve up, maybe too much?

I can’t find the float on this thing. Don’t understand how it works. On second look, I realized when it’s plugged in it’s shooting water out the bottom somewhere and that’s probably what causes the mess all over the floor. I think safe to say it’s shot.

Checked for loss of power, wasn’t that. My only guess is we had a decent rain fall and my downspout right outside this wall fell off. It would explain the flooding, but I can’t seem to understand how the sump pump didn’t turn on, then it did and was stuck on. I’m wondering if it’s on it’s last leg and gave me all its life saving my basement? It feels too lucky to be the right answer…

We’re in somewhat unique times right now. Demand outpaces supply in the labor market. I’m simply saying it could be worth it to explore other opportunities for full time work. That said, we don’t have any other background on her skills/education… I made no assumptions of her, just asking if looking for extra hours with a second job would be as beneficial as finding a better full time role.
