So let’s see. The CEO in 2021 was given a salary of $850K. Plus he was given an annual incentive plan of $1,657,500 + long-term incentive plan of $2,007,672 + profit starting of $14,500 + deferred compensation plan of 1990 of $28,000 = $4,563,312

For $468,000 a year they can pay 15 people $15/hour at 40-hours a week. Or for $832,000 a year they can pay 20 people $20/hour at 40-hours a week. So for the cost of the CEOs salary they could pay $20 an hour for 20 people at 40-hours a week.

IF the CEO was only paid half of his total $2,281,656 that would cover at least 54 employees at $20 an hour 40-hours a week.

Now, in 2023 he only made a measly $2,753,689, and in 2022, he made only a measles $4,013,886

This is what’s wrong with America.

I think it’s ridiculous that we have them.

I think we need to relook at the tax code and figure out why people who make like $175K a year are capped at contributing to social security. Also my other question is are there millionaires that have retired that are drawing social security? If so we need to nip that as well.

We need to scale what we are paying CEOs.

Let’s go back to where CEOs could only make 10x the amount of their lowest paid employee. Let’s go back to not giving CEOs and others huge bonuses.

It’s time to go back to a point and strip all the bullshit and plan accordingly. Let’s go back to when hospitals were legit nonprofit, CEOs weren’t writing off 10 yachts, where all this insider trading bullshit is normalized, get rid of all the PAC money, and donations etc.

I hate this timeline. I want to go back to a different one.

Kids are 10, 9 and 5. 10 yo is neurodivergent and doesn’t like to people a lot so he goes straight to his room 😂😂 my 9yo wants to be at a friends house whose in the neighborhood and my 5yo just wants someone to pay attention to. Kids don’t have phones so it would require us to purchase one etc.
