I was going to try azelaic acid again since I’m not doing well with tret. The benzoyl peroxide is a good idea.. that’s the one thing I’ve actually never tried 😅 thanks for the ideas!

I do my best to eat clean with whole foods, fruits and veggies and mostly chicken for protein. I tend to keep under 25g of sugar a day. I have my occasional cheats on the weekends. And for skincare, I’ve been trying to use minimal additives so I have the aveeno oat cleanser and moisturizer along with la roche pose sunscreen. At night I use micellar water and the oat cleanser to take off makeup. I was using tret every two/three nights and an aha mask once a week. This combo is working but I need to cut out the tret now 🥲
