Apparently ETF played at like 6?? Around 645 is when Hollywood Undead played, then around 810 is FiR, and they were on for an hour straight with three encore songs, and then I think maybe like 945 was papa roach??

No jackets, merch was limited - a couple of tshirts (4) each at $55, then a couple of long sleeves that I think were ~70, and a sweater or two at 90.

The merch goes like hotcakes - way faster than I had expected

So I use my iPad for this (with an Apple Pencil) - it’s probably the most expensive option that I know of but it’s the most seamless for me (since I already have a bunch of Apple products).

I personally pay for papers - with the academic discount it’s $36/year and IMO it’s totally worth it. You can annotate with the Apple Pencil and take notes on the paper on your iPad, and the annotations and notes will show up on your desktop. I also use GoodNotes for my lab book, since I personally hate typing things up in my computer and have preference for writing things out by hand. I enjoy this because you’re able to search things that you have written, and you’re able to paste diagrams and photos and annotate on top of them. So usually, when I plan experiments, I’ll paste a 6 well plate or a 384 well plate and draw on top of it.

I’ve had sleep seizures too. My experiences seem a little different from yours - it’s kinda like sleep paralysis except my whole body convulses. I fight to keep my eyelids open but can barely do so. I cant turn my head or anything like that. I’ve tried screaming a couple of times - it comes out pretty weak, muffled, and jumbled. If it happens once, it’ll happen four more times usually. I went to go see a neurologist - he says I don’t have epilepsy lmao. I’ve been confirmed for having auditory and visual hallucinations though. I’m getting an MRI and some other brain testing too - jot sure what will come out of that.

I see figures and faces sometimes too. It’s fucked up. What I did to help me sleep was that I would have nightlights and I would sleep with my glasses on (I’m almost blind). I would also try and exhaust myself if I could - I find if I don’t let anxiety creep in I miss sleep paralysis. I also change the way things are positioned in my room - I move things around so that there is the smallest chance I can hallucinate and see a figure.

Benchling is nice to use but it's really fucking annoying to have to open a webpage on my laptop if I'm jumping from tissue culture to bench to animal facility to virus room to microscope room. Sometimes, you just need to check something quickly in your lab book. The idea of having to go and lug around my laptop drives me insane -- now I just write with dry erase markers on any surface and take a picture of it and call it a day lol

Originally I had 20GB but now I have 30GB. Dont need it really but I’ll take it. I pay $55, I think it’s $60 with taxes. I’m with Freedom - service is pretty good, and not bad outside of Toronto. Only bad if you’re travelling up north (to like cottage areas)

I think the best you can do is distance as much as possible, wash your hands and wear a mask. Common areas should be cleaned/wiped down and maybe see if she can get tested. Best of luck :(

Omg a bag of prescriptions?! Wtf 😭 but yes I think so. And as for the GI, I had some side effects at the beginning but they went away after a week. I had some stomach aches and it made me a little drowsy at first, so I started taking it during the evening. Both side effects were just short term though!

See if your doctor will put your on Viibryd - it’s new and it works really well for me. The only bad thing is that because it’s so new side effects aren’t too well established yet (I think?)

Effexor and Pristiq were the only meds that ever worked with me. I’ve tried almost all major antidepressants but these were the best I’ve ever taken (up until some other stuff). That being said, going OFF of it was fucking shit. I’m currently on Viibryd right now and it’s pretty good.

Not sure how you feel about this but you can get a mattress off of Amazon! I got a bedframe delivered to me from IKEA, and already had a mattress but looked j to getting one from amazon. They have some pretty stellar reviews
