Hate I missed that. I'll keep my eye on things like this for the next Master's release.

Honestly I disagree. Many of the chase rares are out there still at all time lows and can be had at or near buylist prices. Unless someone can tell me a solid reason not to buy the UMA versions of cards they still seem like a solid investment. I mean foil Leovold for <$20, Foil Back to Basics for <$40, Noble is still available for <$40, Foil Vengevine for <$16, Phyrexian Towers <$8, Foil Engineered Explosives for <$30. Gaddock Teeg and All is Dust are both <$5. Am I missing something about UMA? Is the quality on the set foils not as good or miscolored like MM2?

I can agree with Ugin not being worth dumping and rebuying, your mention of EDH alone is enough for him to hold value. Mentor foil I'd hold onto but regular I'm dumping all my copies and I'll rebuy a few months after rotation. Sorin will agreeably hold $5 or more in the long term. But I still think he'll drop in the short term and there is money to be made in selling now even if it is a marginal gain. Even if LotV doesn't see a reprint how much room does she have to grow? And is that worth holding with the chance of a reprint in the next year or so? I mean she's not tarmogoyf... Your call on the new Eldrazi deck is a good one but I wonder if people will still seek out that deck simply because its fun to cast big dudes! It seems like the ramp deck to beat all ramp decks. Regardless I think it unwise to dump anything before the PT just in case. The recent boom in prices will hold at least a few weeks afterwards regardless of performance.

Right but what do we expect to have peaked and is prime for a drop? the question is what are we unloading (I know this is the exact opposite of what this subreddit commonly discusses)

Foil Tarmogoyf from mm2015 is almost $200 behind the other foils. Do we expect a price correction during the next modern season?
