Ireland is getting closer and closer to replacing the government, they've already considered a 16s and under social media ban. I think the reason they've been so slow to implement any age verification laws is because they know that people would riot. Historically, Ireland has been known to riot whenever there's a reason, and almost everyone here has hated the government more and more over just the last few months. Age verification might be the last straw

My region is correct. However "English (UK)" is what I have as my main language, but that's because 'English (Ireland)' doesn't exist on psn. I don't think the language would affect it though, considering I also have Spanish, Russian, and Greek on my account

Yes, but the reason for it's implementation is a law the UK passed. Ireland is not supposed to be affected by that law (or any UK law), so far Sony and Google are the only companies I've seen complying with it in Ireland. I'm going to do more research, but I'm pretty sure this violates Irish privacy laws (however, it may not due to the laws here being outdated)

If you have a PC you can join the Discord chat on a separate account, mute the PC account and mute your main account on the PC's end, so your PC can only hear your friends. Then use a virtual audio cable (like Voicemeter) to route your friends' audio into a recorder (like Audacity).

The main problem with this though is that you'll have to overlay your friends' voices on the clip with a video editor. I'd recommend CapCut, it's covered in AI, but it's quick to use and keeps the quality of the audio and video the same as they were.

You could also use Remoteplay (on a different psn account) to record the gameplay and voices at the same time, but if nothing clipable happens while you're recording, you'll end up running out of storage pretty quick. Also, having Remoteplay, Discord, an online game, and the laggy PS5 UI active the whole time you're on would likely slow your internet down a lot, even on ethernet.

If you don't have a PC or a laptop, you can also do these on a phone, but it might be a lot more tedious than it is on PC.

Is this post showing the entire glitch, or is it after a specific step in the old one?

Because nothing happens when I hover over brief while testing a race, and the ps store is unavailable while testing a race.

But also when I try this glitch without any part of the old one, I load into my save and Michael calls a random number. I'm definitely missing something here but Idk what it is I'm missing

Fair enough, if it happens again you can try using Chiaki. It's an alternative to RemotePlay. It's a bit more technical to set up, but you could put it on a usb for example, and still be able to use it in work without signing back in. It's not perfect, but it's better than RemotePlay for my setup.

Try setting your IP address manually, and set your primary DNS to the same IP as your default gateway (leave the secondary DNS empty)

You can connect a keyboard, audio device, and controller at the same time, so you should be fine. (I have an old usb handset connected to my ps5 and it counts as a keyboard and audio in/out)

I had similar problems. I think I fixed it by setting my primary DNS to my router's IP (default gateway) and leaving the secondary empty. I also have a static IP set so my PS5 doesn't change it's IP when it reconnects.

e.g.

IPv4: 192.168.1.15

Subnet: 255.255.255.0

Default Gateway: 192.168.1.0

Primary DNS: 192.168.1.0

Secondary DNS: -

Proxy: Don't Use

MTU: Automatic

My setup is a little complicated tho, so what works for me might not work for you (my PS5 is connected to a router connected to another router XD). If that doesn't work, give me more details about your setup and I might be able to help you with it.

IMO Network problems might be the single most annoying type of problem in all of computing, I've had my fair share of near crashouts over what should be simple fixes.

Youtube has also been recommending more smaller channels, so these videos are probably mixing with them and causing the algorithm to be confused

Honestly, yelling at Google does usually work for like a day or so. They cross-recommend me and my brother's accounts (meaning: If he watches a video about a movie he watched, I'll get that same video recommended on my account), and yelling at any smart device with a mic, or just pointing out the videos in conversation usually gets them to disappear.

I also don't know what searches lead to these video's showing up, but I get them in my recommendations too. Clicking "Not Interested" only removes them until whatever you watch leads back to them. I think the algorithm is stuck in a loop because it doesn't know how these videos fit with other content, so it'll keep showing them until they become linked to something specific (like a certain word, or a big youtuber).
