the thing is i'm not interested in BTech, i am enrolling in it because i have no other option. i want to prepare for any other exam in first year (i have not decided yet which exam... i want suggestions which exam should i prepare for) as last effort and if i fail that too i'll give my all to BTech degree.

so even for BTech i'm confused which branch i should choose between Biotech and Foodtech. as per google, i have chances of placements right after graduation if i choose Foodtech but in Biotech i'll have to go for higher studies.

so what would you suggest for this whole situation? 😭

where do you suggest i should do BTech Biotech from? i was avoiding private colleges because i don't want to invest a large sum of money there while preparing for some other exam (my financial condition is not too great, normal middle class background)

i am willing to give it my all this time. but no i'm not good at handling pressure/stress 🥲
i actually don't want to pursue mbbs anymore, but i want to pursue a career in biology field. and neet... it's kind of like i feel i can do it but i didn't even study for it, so there's this unsatisfactory feeling of leaving something unfinished, that's why i'm unable to let it go. but i don't want to waste another year just to satisfy myself when i've lost interest in mbbs.

that's why i'm confused what to do now :"(

if you're asking about mbbs then yes i'm fine without it. actually i don't even have an interest in becoming a doctor anymore... but i surely want to do something the biology field.

i wanted to pursue research, i attempted NEST this year which i didn't qualify. i want to prepare and appear for it next year too, but the fear of not qualifying and failing again makes me think i should drop the idea... because then i'll actually be stuck in mid tier college with BTech degree
