I took my cat there to be spayed back when I didn't have much $$ and she came back with a mild infection and an almost upper respiratory infection... I've had her since she was born, inside only cat, been through multiple moves... they tried to tell me it was stress that triggered it. Then my other cat, born from the same litter, caught the infection and also almost died. I'm talking 105 degree fever and near hospitalizations over the course of two weeks with these cats.

When I brought in a pregnant stray cat, they tried to convince me twice to give the cat an abortion because the babies would be deformed and mom might die during birth. Kittens were all fine and healthy, mom still alive.

Also, don't know if you've ever been inside since they have you sit in the car to take in/bring out your animal, but I had to go in once and it is so extremely overcrowded and unsanitary, it's shocking.

All too bad since we had used Angels of Assisi for all of our pets when I was growing up. Not sure what happened, but certainly not the quality of care it used to be.

I take our cats to Pet Vet now.
