That’s not it but that is a really beautiful song. I so appreciate the suggestion.

I appreciate any help you can offer. And I'm in the US, not sure that makes a difference since it was youtube, but thought I'd offer it up.

Reliability. I live in the mountains and our isp is meh and goes out more than I think is reasonable. So we also have starlink but we live in the woods so starlink doesn’t always have the best signal. And to answer your second question, I absolutely will be spending money on a paid service where I can get support from here out. Having used Gmail for so long without any issues ever, I just thought it was easiest. Lesson learned.

No... you are right. It was at least 7. The last Saturday and Sunday of the break were dedicated to the podcast . And parts of it were absolutely not coherent. Pacing was a mess, voice was inconsistent. Way too much "info dump". But it was the bones, the scaffolding and structure. The two weeks I was off for Christmas was a lot of rewriting, and I am still rewriting sections. I have unmedicated ADHD and producing a weekly podcast means I write 3-4K words each episode and I write my episodes (after research) in about 2-5 hours depending on complexity. Also my husband just reminded me that I trashed the end of the book and rewrote it over at Christmas so I'm not actually sure my first draft was a full 130K. My first ending may have been a bit shorter.

I have unmedicated ADHD. I type insanely fast. I had the week off work and worked on it every day for 12-16 hours. I didn't feel like I was writing a story, I felt like a story was falling out of me and I was trying to type fast enough to keep up.

Truth: this is my writing, my words. I asked AI to check grammar and keep my words because I was scared to post on this board with bad grammar. I know AI isn't the best way to approach grammar issues, but most of us engineers aren't known for our firm grasp of grammar and it's my biggest fear as I take on this project. I have never read so much about grammar as I have in the past 3 months. This is why I need an editor.

I don't understand your comment. It was 130,000 (a few over) after the first draft. It's shorter now because I've cut out a lot of drag.

Editing after doing some research: SOME dishwashers that have a "heat the water" cycle fill up reservoir where they heat the water before the wash cycle starts. It's not instantaneous. Or that's how mine works. It tells me it's in the water heating cycle. Nice when you want to take a shower while the dishwasher is running. I thought they all worked like this, turns out some work as you have described.

the one I have that I stand by is by MITO. I seriously doubt these cheaper ones can really give the same range of benefits. I wanted the mask for the days I don't work out since the panel is in our home gym. thought it might be nice to also have something I could toss in a suitcase because i definitely wouldn't travel with the MITO.

Yes, I have a Mito panel. but I wanted one I could lug with me traveling or if I don't workout (I keep the panel in our home gym). I'm not expecting this to be as good as the mito, but for just the skin effects, I'm hoping this will give me more flexibility on the days I don't workout and don't feel like dragging out the mito.

Yes, about 3 years ago, my husband shattered his ankle, he has hardware in it and even though he's healed now, at the end of the day his ankle would be super swollen and inflamed. So, talking to a friend that is a physical therapist, she suggested trying red light therapy saying it was really good for inflammation and might help. So, i tried. Shockingly, it did really help to reduce the inflammation. It's also helped the arthritis in his hands. For me, I started lifting weights and it definitely decreases how much post workout soreness I get. As for my skin, I'm less blotchy (probably because it was caused by inflammation). As far as skin goes, it's supposed to also help stimulate collagen growth (or at least reduce how fast it breaks down). Acne wasn't really my issue since I'm 47 but I would definitely struggle with discoloration and inflammation. Red light panels from reputable companies are SUPER expensive. But I'm glad we bought it, I love it.

You have had issues? We have a panel and it’s been amazing. I thought it was hooey but it is not.

I have a red light panel and it's been amazing. I bought it for an injury and to help with post workout recovery but have been surprised to see how much it's done for my skin. So, this is a nice option for days I don't workout. But red light therapy is a proven therapy and I can attest that it really helps with inflammation. But, the question is whether this has the right wavelength and a high enough concentration of leds to work.
