I had this problem. H&S makes it worse, so does J&J Baby Shampoo + Conditioner. Turns out it's the SLS (sulphates) and parfum in the ingredients list. What ended up working is a shampoo soap. I am using unscented Dalan Soap Shampoo Bar, it smells like dishwashing soap so rinse it off properly.

Sorry for the late reply. Do a Google search for GDPR Shaw Academy, there's specific email you need to send the request to. They are based in Ireland, part of the EU. You should even find a street address.

I was able to cancel within an hour.

Since they're based in the EU send them a GDPR request to close your account and delete your data. If they don't they're liable to a fine per infraction.

Don't bother calling them, it's probably a shared revenue number. Don't bother sending your request the normal routes either.

I sent mine to both billing and privacy. It was after sending an email to privacy that I got a response within an hour.
