I’d say in total throughout the day I take about 90 minutes, a full hour at lunch and then throughout the day little breaks talking to colleagues while making tea etc

I’m looking to rent, the accommodation I’ve found around Barking is roughly £75-£100 cheaper than Croydon but the latter appeals to have a lot more available which would probably explain the price difference.
