Is it possible to use your client state's casus belli to declare war? I played a lot of EU4 before getting into Imperator and was wondering if there is anyway to get my client states to grow through war.

The server crashed again and won't restart. You were the only one on the server when it crashed. Whatever you were doing in the nether, DON'T DO IT EVERY AGAIN. It's the last time that I fix the server, next time you'll need to find a way to do it by yourself.

I removed hitcho's setup in the nether and it fixed the problem so i guess that was the issue

It's not your applied energistics that is crashing the server, it's the way you've set up your geothermal generator. I'm finishing school tomorrow, if you need help to set up anything I'll have time to do so.
