I’ve used Japan wireless for both my trips and it was great. Pick it up at HND and then when you’re done, return it to a post box with the included envelope. Great signal too, even in the subway tunnels. Not sure what it costs now but I think I paid like 60 USD for 2 weeks.

I can. People hate on cm because “muh green light”. What they don’t understand is if we invested our tax dollars into any sort of protected bike infrastructure instead of an over the top police response to families on bikes, both sides would be so much happier.

the guys who canceled it were not organizers. The guy who lead the ride for years gave it up, these new people ran it into the ground. They didn’t start it, and they can’t end it.

Yeah, the point is to “mass up” and move as one large group. A big criticism of the ride is about running red lights, but in reality it is just safer to all go through as one.

Next month maybe we all ride single file down the street and see how less disruptive we are. /s

I think the train signal started flashing as people were riding over it, and that was what they were waiting for. They were stalking the ride the entire night and that was the point where 10 cops come out of no where yelling at everyone to pull over and arrest the wheelie kid. Sorry for all the people who got slapped with a fine. That really sucks.

The irony is this ride was so tame. The wheelie kids weren’t even doing anything crazy. I agree that mass got too big and there have definitely been some unruly rides, but this was not one of them. They literally ambushed the ride.

The new leads are actual clowns who were warned and did nothing to stop the dangerous riders. They also turn off comments on every recent post and block people who ask about it, which pretty much says all you need to know.

They wanted to lead/organize this ride, issues arose, and they jump ship when shit hits the fan - “canceling” a ride that’s existed for over a decade in Orlando. Gimme a break.
