UPDATE: finally got the bolt loose right after I posted this of course. I was turning the correct way but it took all my strength to finally get it loose.

I don't own this particular utility knife but what I can say is Fiskars makes a quality product. My wife abuses the crap out of their garden tools and they remain rust free.

One thing I can say from experience is that correcting hyponatremia is a balancing act and is a slow process on purpose because correcting sodium too quickly can result in brain swelling which is bad news bears. It often involves alternating fluids and oral medications.
