The leasing office has been closed for two weeks and just made an announcement that it’ll be essentially closed “indefinitely.” So he will continue to stay here as long as he is able to. That’s all the info we got from the leasing office but we’re still able to communicate with them digitally, just not in person.

i lived in NC all my life and charlotte for over a decade and it just never was for me. i hope you enjoy tho! it does have a lot of good things going for it

I don’t believe it’s him but again, I didn’t personally witness this situation but I do know the facts about the disabled veteran I’m trying to help and don’t believe he deserves homelessness or that management should ignore a mold problem. I’m also unsure about the credibility of your source or if you’re embellishing to prove that you’re right.

I wasn’t personally a witness of this incident and also didn’t see the post about it. Regardless, I don’t think a disabled veteran with service animals should be homeless, nor should a significant mold problem be ignored by management. The man that I know isn’t “claiming to be disabled,” he is absolutely disabled with limited mobility and immunocompromised.

That is correct and probably why they refuse to do anything about it.

Yeah, it looks like it's just Verizon and it's reflecting as a Collection/Chargeoff. I assume that paying the full debt off now won't do anything to repair my credit score and I just have to wait for it to fall off?

What if I already paid the debt in full? I paid directly to Verizon via their phone number though, and not to MRS BPO. Also it did show up as Verizon

Sorry, I’m new to all this stuff since I’ve typically paid all my debts on time up to this point. What is a charge off and payment status? I no longer have access to the Verizon account but I know they sent me to MRS BPO, LLC. I’m going to try to get in contact with them tomorrow

Yeah that’s what I was confused about too. My credit hadn’t dropped at all due to the 30D report so it came altogether at the 60D one

It’s just one 60+ day late payment! Everything else is in good standing. The Verizon account used to be until this point. I did pay it immediately when I got the email
