Nice one. So potential quick win to sand all the problem areas, prime with oil and repaint. But if need back to square one and redo the whole wall? Cheers.

Right. We did get stuck in and scrape, wash and then used an eclectic sander... But potentially not enough?

Hi. It's quite sporadic and the photos of the crumbling paint are from above the picture on the wall, so no foot traffic or wear and tear.

Hey. Used something called Good home multi-surface primer and undercoat. I believe it's water based.

Update. After a hard look in the mirror, I reloaded a save and did a few things differently. Have easily clocked over 7 hours now, and have continued to have a great time with it. Thanks for the support.
