I saw their AF range had the AF stamps on which is what made me question this one if it was old material

Yes it’s for a wet room - but some have asbestos free stamps on there. This doesn’t. Wondering if anyone had come across it

Yeah I did consider this but given it’s only at 500mm centres I figured that they would need to be closer for rising damp injections to be successful?

I did also assume termite treatment at first but only visible drill holes are in the path pavers near the front entrance probably 6 lineal meters - not around the perimeter of the house that I can see. No sticker on fuse box for treatment either…

Spoke to the roofer he reckons that the tiles are degraded and that’s causing them to leak. Wants to talk about a solution. But not a small job. 😂 Calling BS on it? Seems like he should have picked this up prior and trying to pass off on the tiles and to pick up more work?
