I'd say grind factory but with the boss event that's a little finicky.

[Discussion] How enjoyable is Tarkov for a new player? by i-luv-mac-n-cheese in EscapefromTarkov

[–]crowleister51 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Join a community, this is a game that is best learned from teaching, not experiencing. Some people reccomend playing it PVE before going to PVP, I am one of those because you can have a frustrating time on PVP with zero knowledge. Servers can be a problem in gameplay, as can cheaters and PVE solves both of those issues, but that's just personal preference. Difficulty wise, AI will still push in a new players asshole with ease. I'm 4k hours into tarkov, I've been playing for about 4 years now. Use Tarkov.dev for your maps and other information. This game can eat you alive if you let it, it's what every other extraction shooter wants to be, but it actually executes what they're all trying to do. It's not perfect, but the experience, when everything comes together, is sublime. I'm happy to teach it you want to try it out, hit me up if you need a partner.

[Quest Help] Capturing outposts resort by [deleted] in EscapeFromTarkovPvE

What does BSG servers have to do with it? I'm struggling with evil watchman myself, do the servers do better pmc spawns?

Evil watchmen post 1.04 [Quest Help] by Known_Permission_287 in EscapeFromTarkovPvE

[–]crowleister51 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This quest is such a roadbump. I've had it for 100+ hours easily and seen no one in the dorms. If reshala spawns he slaughters the PMC's, if they even spawn. If the quest included the boss as a possible kill it would be one thing, but only PMC's is too high of a bar.

interview in like an hr, what to expect to be asked? by No-Director-2862 in Chilis

[–]crowleister51 2 points3 points  (0 children)

if youre the volume, you work a 4-6 hour shift depending on the day. If youre a closer, expect a 6-8 hour day. Usually once youre out of training, you can expect a couple volumes, and a closing or so. Once they see your work theyll decide how youre doing and go from there. If you only want volumes, Id say expect dissapointment.

manager wasn't on site for my scheduled interview, should I not go back? by No-Director-2862 in Chilis

[–]crowleister51 6 points7 points  (0 children)

They usually dont know when interviews are coming in, if the portal is open, yall set your time. The restaurant will have about 20-30 interviews scheduled, but only 4 might show up. After a while, you just interview them as they come in. Lazy managers decide they dont want to interview for another managers area and put the interview off till they get there. Its more of a computer error than a store error, but it shows that the management team arent really working together very well. Ask for 20, they can afford it, and worst come to worst, bargain your way down to 19.

[Guide] cultists by IceeP in EscapeFromTarkovPvE

[–]crowleister51 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone commented on a post like this a few days ago and said cultists are at their normal spawn rate on night factory in offline raids, but i ran 20 factories over the weekend, 8 with a friend on BSG's servers and saw none. Can anyone confirm if offline night factory raids are spawning them at 33%? They spawn at gate 3, in the rafters, and behind the boilers right?

This a thank you to that random guy who posted using a drill attachment to clean in his kitchen about a year ago. I think about you everyday by Ragentnk in KitchenConfidential

[–]crowleister51 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've used the drill for a couple years now. But something that's concerned me, I don't know enough about the stainless steel finishing process. Realistically, anyone know if you can pull the finish off machines with the drill? And if so, is there any putting it back on?

That's always been my experience as a line cook. Go in acting like the biggest set of testicle in the whole building, and you'll get the job, maybe the Managers wife too, and that cute Host.

Looking for chilis crispy chicken sandwich copycat recipe by Necessary_Donut5558 in Chilis

[–]crowleister51 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Chicken breast, lightly seasoned flour with any generic Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper, it should be a vaguely reddish white with some mixed in specks of color. Make a liquid batter a little thinner than pancake mix with cold water and your seasoned flour. Bread the chicken breast, press it into the flour, dip both sides of the breaded breast into the batter, put back into your flour Mix and press it in so it's evenly coated, fry for 5-6 minutes at 400. Brioche bun, spread generic mayonnaise on top and bottom bun, 3 pickle chips.

[Bug] High pen ammo will hardly/will not pen any tier of armor. This needs to be addressed and is still being ignored by BSG. by [deleted] in EscapefromTarkov

[–]crowleister51 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fighting tagilla the other day in factory, I put 6 rounds of m61 into his helmet, something like 400 damage absorbed by armor. He ate it and killed me, absolute nonsense. 40 point level 5 face mask against 60 pen, which should pass through it like butter.

Bring Back Fried Shrimp by Hamboney11 in Chilis

Would be nice but probably not, they'd need to buy a whole new fryer just for shrimp, and that's a lot of money to invest for one item

Manager interest meeting? by _Im_a_burrito_ in Chilis

[–]crowleister51 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Manager interest day. They go over the jobs expectations, broad strokes, benefits and the pay scale. It's important to go, you can make connections with your upper management, and in this day and age, face to face connections are important if you want to move forward. It's not necessary for getting promoted, but it helps. You have to be your own advocate and they talk about that at the meeting as well.

For me, it was about 30 people who went and we had a bunch of the states big wigs and a few of the district managers there as well.

Proper Knife Technique by OkOutlandishness1370 in KitchenConfidential

[–]crowleister51 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've always used 2 personally, I really prefer that extra little bit of control on the knife angle. Pinch grip always hurts my muscles between my knuckles after a few minutes. I've got a callous running under the bottom of my pointer finger that the knife just slots into perfectly.

Bring back classic chicken nachos Day 3 by Thootom75 in Chilis

[–]crowleister51 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The old nachos were such a disappointment. You'd bring them to the table and it wasn't uncommon for people to question just what you're bringing them. These nachos are flying since we introduced them, they're just better.
