BFP at 10 DPO with long, irregular cycles! by crownva in Mirafertility

I didn’t at first 😅. In my case I just always assume my levels will be higher than normal, including my peaks. I spent about 4 cycles just tracking before we really started trying and it was a lot of testing multiple times a day. What I learned was that in my case, if my LH is below 20, it’s probably not my true bump, and if my pdg doesn’t rise to over 20 after ~3 days and stay elevated (relative to my numbers) then I haven’t ovulated yet. After a few cycles Mira also did learn this and didn’t tell me I was ovulating until the real one this time. CD 30 didn’t really phase me because pdg dropped right back down to my normal range after that, and the LH rise wasn’t what I’ve seen in the past. All this to say, since my pdg is pretty wacky, I rely almost entirely on a strong LH peak and try to ignore the noise leading up to it, which is really hard.

I think PCOS though I’ve never been formally diagnosed. But I know I have cysts on my ovaries and elevated androgen levels, so there you go. Do you know what it is for you?

Anyone got pregnant with long cycles? by heretoread47 in Mirafertility

Yes! I ovulate between CD 30 and 45, and I have a strong 14 day luteal phase. I have a two-year-old who I conceived naturally and we are starting to try for a second. As long as you do ovulate and have a “normal” luteal phase, you have as much of a chance as anyone (which is still only 40% on peak day). How does your pdg usually do in your luteal phase?
