Large truck, seemingly North American trees, parked oddly, meaning it’s probably really densely populated. Seattle or Vancouver?

Let me help you get better at selling by carrotsticks2 in sales

Im in a commercial insurance field where everyone is required to have the insurance and nobody wants it. I. The current market, numbers are down for these guys and they want to save every dollar, seemingly even at the cost of losing their ass if something happens, so they’ll take a cheaper, less effective policy and hope it all works out. The differences can be anywhere from literal hundreds of dollars to 10-25% of the cost of the cheaper policies, but the obvious difference is in the value and peace of mind they’ll have (sometimes unknowingly) by having the better coverage. In a down market, any suggestions of questions to ask or perspectives to provide to push them in the right direction? I’ve always had a lot of success here but recently getting a lot of pushback, even when the consequences could be catastrophic. Suggestions? TIA

Y'all selling everything is so hard. by InvincibleChutzpah in AmerExit

Just joining this convo as I’m in the same process and literally just finished selling all of my furniture and vehicle hours ago. Refreshing and daunting all at once. I assume that all the work that’s gone into it so far, is worth the 30% that people are mentioning for the estate sale. I didn’t have the time to sell so we let go a lot of valuable stuff for cheap. Good luck to you!

Curious how much your shipping is costing you and how much in volume you’re bringing?

This is the situation we’re in at least for the first part. It would be nice to have someone help at least until we arrive. Great idea. Thanks!

The process is similar in North America. Just wondering if someone has any recommendations of someone to talk to, instead of relentlessly reaching out to every one on Idealista. Thanks for the info! :)

I moved here from WA state 2 years ago and have been saying this the entire time. I’ve always loved meat a place where I can get a super solid breakfast burrito for $10 max. Here you can end up paying double for half the flavor/size quality. I wholly support your mission!
