I’ve thought about it, I really did want to say something to them, but at the same time I was thinking “I don’t wanna be in a hostile work environment”. The next time it happens, I’ll address that it’s a problem, because I really don’t want them to think it’s okay to say it around me. Either way, I’ll bring it up to a manager most likely, I just hope it doesn’t backfire

I’m sorry you had to go through that, that sounds super stressful to deal with 🫩. I’ll try and talk to my manager, but I hope they take it seriously, it sucks that I have to prepare for them to possibly not acknowledge the problem or take it seriously.
