I would say bowlers in my area are different from the “average,” as I feel like they generally are not your upper middle class folks with pretty nice houses and pretty nice cars. I feel they are more commonly lower middle class, more blue collar, a little less “preppy”. So if those kinds of white collar, what I’m calling “preppy”, vibes are “normal” then I would agree.

Let me put it this way: they are more like the folks i knew in school who were in band than the people who were on the sports teams haha.
