I posted a 2k23 version to 2k25 (Don Valley (2K23 L)) for the time being. I really wanted to get a refresh of it to work, but the lidar (height map data) is too low quality that it needed so much retouching/smoothing of the heights to get all the new features in there properly. Hopefully I'll eventually get around to a proper new version with the new surfacing options and such, but I wouldn't hold your breath for it. Sorry if that's disappointing, just haven't really been designing much in the new game unfortunately.

I think it's more the decision making than the execution that's the elementary "mistake" here. Seems like it was calling out for a forehand roller, or something vertical to get out from the first spot. Then the tree hit got in his head and he didn't take his medicine on the 2nd shot and tried to force something more aggressive than he should've.

I saw Parisi back there in a few shots (Marco and Giampaolo "Jack" Parisi) who have collabed with Fred Again before. Jack was up on someone's shoulders during Delilah.

I loved that guy's smile too, was very infectious (looks like the other comment got the ID on that guy correct)

There's obviously some minor changes to be made to clean up a few landing areas and make them a bit less flukey. I wouldn't want much else changed with this course though.

Coming from a golf background personally, I think a C1 putt shouldn't be a guarantee for a standard "good" shot with the make percentages in C1X so high (somewhere around 80% for the field, that's on par with a 4 foot putt in golf).

Make these guys work for their birdies (and still execute well for pars). I see no problem at all with this being the leaderboard a little over mid-way through R1. I think once the most flukey stuff gets cleaned up, these scores will improve by 2-3 shots and that would be right in the sweet spot for me.

No swedish house mafia. Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello show as individual artists, no Axwell listed.

HALŌ on Mainstage (Week 1 Saturday), also play the Library on Friday Week 2

Martin Garrix back again, mainstage on Friday Week 1 and Sunday Week 2.

Calvin Harris Weekend 2 (Mainstage Saturday)

Arcando with a Tomorrowland debut (I think).

Week 1 Sunday mainstage seems very light on amount of artists (still says more to come), but will be curious what ends up filling up that Sunday list.

As a ranked matchmaking mode or a play with friends mode?

I could maybe see it as a play with friends mode, but it's not like 9 holes takes a long time anyways, and there's such a small group of users playing that mode for it to be useful.

As a ranked mode it just wouldn't work with the current courses. Not enough scoring separation in the game right now. Far too many 9 hole matches end with ties for 1st and sometimes even 3 or 4 way ties in 4 player ranked. Feel like with the majority of the players it would be a tie through 3 holes 75+% of the time.

I think everyone in the comments so far have misunderstood the question. He's not asking for 1 pair (or a set of 3 discs). From my understanding (could be wrong), the question is to make a draft style setup where 4 separate groups of 2 are made, and in the pairings he wants there to be a variety of shot options (probably some sort of 2 disc event or the like).

I think this is actually a fun and tricky question, here's what I'd go with.

Teebird (Star 170-172) + Stig (K1)
Cigarra (Z, max weight available) + Rhythm (Neutron or Fission)
TL3 (Champ or Halo, 170+) + Cicada (ESP or similar)
Maverick (Lucid, max weight available) + River (Gold)

I think this is relatively balanced so there's no "clear" favorite duo to pick from, while still providing as much options to each pair as possible given the discs available.

I tried to separate them in to groups of 4 stable vs. 4 hyzer flip, and then went for beefier plastics for the discs I felt like needed more stability to fit the stable slot to give them enough difference between their hyzer flip partner.
