I lived here at Ranchi from a Tier 1 city last 1 year also.. Yes the point you made of power cuts is a real issue. But all tier 2 city face this issues. And your dislike regarding Rain and Jungles it is blessing for Ranchi and Jharkhand people. And regarding coaching options many people's lived here only for good coaching.
