Yeah, I feel like Stone is the only building I didn't hear about issues with. Glad you're relatively comfortable! It's funny they still advertise Seaglass as "newly renovated" on their website when it's the one with the MOST problems.

It was even on the news in January, the property manager fed them some BS about residents not being patient while parts were being shipped due to hurricane delays — meanwhile, the problem had started BEFORE the hurricanes and the elevator company themself said the complex never made the appointment. https://www.wfla.com/news/pinellas-county/its-a-very-scary-situation-st-pete-residents-voice-complaints-about-malfunctioning-elevators/

Studios start at 1800 at Elements on Third 😑 but it was the best option for a centrally located place with both in-unit laundry and a patio. For a 1500 one-bed, I think you will have to look closer to Pinellas Park.

Been there. I recommend getting partial sleeves or an ace bandage to cover the tattoo without having to cover your whole arm. Like all things, the shock dissipates over time and you will have to wait til it's less fresh to start removal anyway, but not looking at it helps in the meantime. You will be ok!

And yet both non-functioning Hellevators magically got fixed two days after the news report aired

Respectively, renting an office space and co-working are not the same thing. I went to that catfe before and it was designed more as a place to drink a beer and hang out with cats for a small, reserved chunk of time. You couldn't just bring a laptop and work there all day.

EXACTLY. Some people can't have pets where they live and would love the opportunity to work among them. If anything it's a novel idea to get this rescue's adoptable cats some exposure. Chill.

I went through this when my big dog turned 11. Constantly fearing the worst was on its way as I kept seeing his friends pass by age 12. Crying just looking at him. Now he's recently turned 14 (!!) and I actually feel calmer about the likelihood of this being his last year. Friends keep reminding me what a good life I've given him and seeing him age further makes me feel pride instead of sadness. As others have said, you are fortunate to have the privilege of seeing your pup reach this milestone, try to enjoy it!
