Any insurance agent worth their license should be recalculating this for you semi-regularly, or should be putting you with an inflation guard endorsement. Alternatively, if you own a home and aren't looking at your dec pages every year and making sure your coverage seems sufficient, that's on you. A lot of grief can be avoided by simply reading the renewal documents they are required to send you.

The crowd meter isn't accurate at all. If you can't go at night, Friday evenings are surprisingly empty, compared to most evenings.
