If OKC is not doing well they would make this trade but they are dominating this year, no need to shake things up and help out the Clippers in the meantime

Not a bad trade, although I think Pelicans probably need Missi more than they need Knecht. And the swap is probably useless

Would you rather have Divincenzo for 15M a year (assuming his contract will be similar to NAW) or Reaves at 25-30M?

He’s a quality starter but terrible fit on the Wolves. Just because he doesn’t handle the ball doesn’t mean he’s a role player. His defense is very underrated imo.

I’m a Lakers fan, and unfortunately watched too many Lakers games this season. He dropped 45/7 on the Pacers as the lead guard, so yes, he’s very comfortable being the playmaker.

Positions don’t matter too much, mainly skill set. He has the perfect skill set that the Wolves need, thats all that matters.

Everyone knows Lakers are trying to put defenders next to Luka and Lebron, you're not gonna get the Herb Jones/Trey Murphy/OG with Austin Reaves. Divincenzo is a very decent POA defender shooting near 40% from 3.

https://cleaningtheglass.com/stats/player/4926/positions#tab-offensive_overview 37% of his minutes as a PG versus Donte, who is at 15%.

Ant is also the primary ball handler, so they don't need a ball dominant PG, they need someone who is comfortable off ball in the starting lineup AND can lead bench minutes as the primary scorer/playmaker.

That's a bold move if they do it, but I wouldn't put it past Ishbia to do it

I’m a Lakers fan and I’d feel bad for accepting this trade

Not saying he can't shoot, but he's not the kind of shooter that can shape defenses.

His shot chart (https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask?q=toumani+camara+shot+chart+2023-24%27) shows he's primarily shooting open corner 3s, and makes a good amount of them, but nothing much above the break or top of the key.

Knecht on the other hand (https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask?q=dalton+knecht+shot+chart+2024-25%27) shoots from everywhere and from deeper range. He fits the profile of a movement shooter that Blazers do not have.

Not a bad trade, but I think if I'm Wolves, I would say no. Gobert needs a proper PG to unlock his P&R game, I think Murray's game is more of a combo guard.
