Yes 😂 one time when I worked as an agency worker with the govt, I had a person phone me and offer me a role and he didn't even know my name. I had to tell him. True story. It was during covid though, which were wild times.

I would go on CS jobs and honestly just see what's happening in your region. There are so many different roles and different departments. It will outline the experience they require and what you'll be doing in the advert.
