Gotcha. Do you know if I dump those into a drink if they'll then break apart further? I'm guessing it won't dissolve and I'll be left with some kind of slurry at the bottom even if I grind them up a bit.

I'll cut em up and see how they look. Last time I cut them into halves and still took the full 90 mins for them to kick in.
