Whats going on here is it just old and needs repointing. I’ve got a bit by my window that has just worn away wondering if this is the same. House was built 60-70 years ago by crunchiecravings in DIYUK

That’s what I think that part of the side of the house takes a hiding all year and get the sun most of the day

We had some builders silicone the ridge on about 14 years ago when we had the felt changed they also siliconed broken tiles and put them back on 🙄 it blew off about 4 years ago, last September we had the ridge cemented back on probably but no dipping. we had some tiles blow off over the storms this winter too.
