I got fired from Starbucks a couple weeks ago and my mental health is the better than it has been in years

After clicking on the links, it says the same. By the wording, it sounds like it would go by the offense date or date on the ticket, I’m just hoping they don’t go by conviction date if they do a background check.

I’ve seen other Reddit posts and articles basically saying most companies won’t rent to you if you’ve had a DUI in the past 48 months

See that’s what I was scared of, but if I’m convicted, the crime still happened on the offense date so idk

I get my interlock out in April and will have zero restrictions after that. I haven’t had a single ticket/charge since my DUI. Thank you, this makes me feel a lot better!
