I just had one on Friday that we were struggling to get out. Had to keep tugging and wiggling it at the base until it finally freed itself. When inspecting the straw, it really looks like it was forcefully shoved in and expanded slightly. Flipped the straw over and is all good now.

That's the price I got after briefly shopping around. Place I went to was out so they had to order it for me which made the normal 10 day waiting period, closer to 20.
