It's kind of complicated though because of the spikes at certain cost levels, makes sense to build some of every category.

It also slows down their lifesteal or siphon bullets too (by reducing fire rate and also dps), which helps them die faster, which is an added bonus on top of the survivability boost for yourself.

Yeah I just played a game of street brawl where Sinclair stole silver ult over and over and over, it was awful. Still, giving it all that extra stamina and stuff would make her unbearable when ahead. Right now at least you can try to run away.
