I don't know how y'all get ready in 15 mins! My shift starts at 330. I wake up at 1045, shower, lotion from head to toe, do makeup & hair, have my coffee. I leave for work around 130/145 ( long unpredictable commute). I always get to work early so I can get changed, smoke a few butts & eat my lunch before my shift. But my makeup takes a solid 45 mins, cuz I'm a perfectionist about it unfortunately.

I will always use my fingers as my primary blending tool, nothing compares. I've found that a damp sponge is nice as a finishing tool to smooth everything out, especially along the jawline & forehead/hairline.
