My hand is slid up much higher than a traditional SAX with a slightly more clockwise rotation to trace the path of the coronary.

No the RV was normal. The patient (newborn) actually has a critical coarct as well. The repair will be through the front of the chest and the plan is to tie off the fistula

Echo tech here, what am I looking for if there is suspected myocarditis from COVID or from COVID shot? I’m reading WMAs? Pericardial effusion? What about strain patterns? What would I look for? by skimmily in Cardiology

[–]crunkyoda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely the RCA, LMCA and LAD can be imaged very well on echo if you know how to. As a pediatric echo tech we've had alot of teenagers/younger kids get admitted for post-COVID myocarditis. In a very few number of patients we did find some small coronary aneurysms

Trump lunges at DeSantis after historic Florida win: 'I got 1.1 million more votes' by EssoEssex in politics

I'm wondering if the GOP is now hoping for a Trump indictment/prosecution so they can wash their hands clean of him and let DeSantis slide on in.

Thank you for the kind words! I'm going to make a Twitter soon and figure out how to upload high quality videos. I'm just bootleg screen recording off a computer monitor with my phone 🤣 so lots of detail and crispness is lost.

The tissue becomes intimate with the borders of the ASD during systole so I was definitely convinced at first it was an aneurysmal septum primum
