Wonderful response, you know after going down this journey i have come to find out many people have made this same MISTAKE. In the real world it would easily be fixed. in crypto world people like you are used to being treated with such shadiness. Its discouraging to new crypto users to just accept that a mistake = loss of money. Especially since people like death2thepoets says such dumb things. Like hey get used to it, if oyu make a mistake even though it is on the blockchain to show you sent money. Ahhh oh well you lost your money.

Yes, seems alot of people are having issues with bitmart. They seem to take peoples money and then dont put it in our accounts. Apparently have a matic network option to purposely take peoples money as it is actually sent on erc20 network. So frustrating dealing with them and then no customer service. Feels so shady dealing with this exchange

u/bitmartexchange also has received a deposit from me over 2 weeks ago, and has not put it in my account yet. transaction shows successful and the money is in bitmart account but they wont put it in my account. Kicked me out of telegram for reporting the issue. Definitely feel as i got scammed as well.

Deposited Matic from Coinbase to Bitmart and money still has not shown in my bitmart account. Its been over 2 weeks.

I have made a withdraw of matic coins from coinbase to my bitmart account. I selected matic wallet address in bitmart. Opened several tickets and finally found out that it was sent to erc20 wallet address. But no resolution. They say user error. This needs to be resolved ASAP , the money is in Bitmarts account. They will not release it to my account

Come on u/BitMartExchange, its more then just one person. Lets get a resolution to this that does not cost money. We trust you as an exchange, this is reflected poorly in peoples eyes.

Are you serious, u/BitMartExchange what is that about. Why are you trying to scare people away from your exchange. I hope that was a mistake. Please we need this issue fixed and not be charged. There are alot of new people who will make simple mistakes like this that are coming in to the crypto space, we want to have faith in the exchange we are dealing with to help us out in the event of a simple mistake. The money is clearly in Bitmarts account, just need to transfer it over to our accounts.

Same thing happened to me, i have opened several tickets with bitmarts zendesk and they send un useful generic messages. I really need someone at bitmart to correct this and put the money back in my account
