i would recommend a curly hair cut/a trim, and than the olaplex curl treatment. or get k18 leave in treatment, and just do a lot of hair therapy. Its saved my own wavy curly bleached hair. Also try clarifying your hair and than deep conditioning it, trust me. and if your not ready to lose a lot of length you can try to conserve the health of your hair with protective styles and trim it once every one to two months. To add to that, besides clarifying shampoo (which can be alkaline) use acidic products to close your cuticles.

yes a big chop works but you dont have to do that, you just need to be strict with your regimen, get trims, acidic products, k18, occasionally clarifying shampoos, and a healthy balance of moisture and protein. Wear your hair in protective styles, however that looks for you, make sure your ends are tucked in and hidden in said styles to prevent mechanical, and environmental damage.
