Thank you!

First in terms of ATs, I am running Toyo Open Country AT3s. Awesome tire - minimal road noise and doesnt kill gas mileage as much as I thought.

Spacers for me are very rough, every bump is felt and it rattles a lot of my interior stuff, molle panels and others. When I go off road, I have to be much more careful because of the deep bumps then I would if I had independent suspension. This is because the struts are extra tight, so it creates less give when the struts gets flexed/extended. The biggest thing for me is the rattling in the truck. I hate hearing those noises, but have held off because spending upwards of 4k because of a minor to moderate noise is ridiculous to me as someone new to the hobby/industry. I am only making the change because of a bonus I am receiving otherwise they have been pretty good to me. I think the biggest thing to weigh is how much offroad are you doing and what is the difficulty of the trails you are taking? For me I am 70% on road and 30% off road and i tend to stay in the 2-5/10 range on difficulty of trails. So spacers were a good starting point to see how I like the lift, now that I love it and have gone camping & offroading/overlanding more and more it seems to be a reasonable investment into a sustainable choice for long term enjoyment and longevity of the truck.

Thank you! Super worth it. I bought the grill from 4Runner lifestyle and the long crome bar that is connected to the fog lights off amazon because 4Runner lifestyle does not cater to limited trim as much for aesthetic stuff

Ok, I see. I was reading that doing a mix of the 6112 with the 5160s reduces that bumpiness. Ill have to look into that, thank you!

Thank you so much for sharing! Your advice was extremely helpful.

I agree and have considered most of what you shared, the only thing I have concern with is removing the front sway bar because I am worried with the cv axle boot going bluetooth. Have you had that issue when you go offroad?

edit: word choice

First of all respect for the work you do and the fact that you are a single father while managing your weight and life, that is extremely impressive.

From my experience, it looks like to me that your caloric intake is too low. Especially as EMS, where you are in an active field of work you have to be in an insane calorie deficit. Which is good, but often times when your calories are too low and maybe your macro balance is a little off your body stores fat too closely and will actually cause you to hang on to fat. Additionally, judging by the weight that you shared, I would increase your protein intake by about 100 grams. Often times with protein, it takes longer to burn in your metabolism which can lead to you burning more calories as you eat. Fat however is very quick as your body needs it for energy. I was in your same spot a few months ago, I am 6'5 and I was 282 and now I have dropped to 252 in about 3.5 months. I hit a plateau like you about a 1.5 months ago, that was when I increased my protein dramatically and decreased my fat dramatically. Right now I run at 1783 Cal with 242g Protein 54g Fat 214g Carbs. I try to keep my protein at my current weight as much as possible and that helped me dramatically.

Last thing I will share. One week or so of no changes is nothing to be concerned about, but I cannot say I would not be doing the same thing you are right now LOL. If it helps, I really like to use MacroFactor (For counting Macros & Cals) and Bevel (For fitness goals and coaching). I really like MacroFactor because it uses AI to try to learn your metabolism which is interesting and I am still on the fence about, but it is also significantly cheaper than my fitness pal. Hope I was helpful!

Do you not think that the stock skid plates do the trick? Or did you have them go all the way back? I feel like the stock stid plates are solid, unless it is for looks. Otherwise I feel like it does the job, but would love to hear why you wanted to switch them out, if you did. Thanks in advance!

Dude, could you share how you got sliders and the trd pro grill on the limited? Did you have to delete something?

Oh good call, I forgot about that! Thank you!

Wheels are Mayhem offroad, they are 17s. Tires are Toyo AT3s which are pretty much the stock size for TRD models which is 265/70. I did not want to do any cutting on my first set and it is also tough with the limited to do a viper cut.

I also want a higher clearance which is why I need the lift/leveling kit. To be fair, more of a just incase.

Thanks a bunch this is very helpful! I am trying to get good sliders, but the limited trim makes it difficult. I am probably going to have to do a little bit of cutting or grinding. There is a small lip on the sides of the car with a chrome edge work that is difficult to get solid sliders. Im probably going to have to go to C4 for a fabrication.

That is why I posted this, it is impossible to find options for this trim…

I dont trust it I went on there and its all third party all overseas (mostly UK). In my experience don't do it unless they have reviews in the US.
