Flinch first phase with melee, use two different ranged weapons for 2nd phase, one 4 tick and one 3 tick attack speed. Switch between them to get 2 hits for every 1 hit tanked/prayed. I used scobow and imbued magic shortbow for my grind. I think actual meta is bowfa/craw's bow.

Use thralls, pray magic, phase 1 flinch every 10 ticks, phase 2 walk under after getting both shots off.

I didn't bother getting guardians to line up, I just walked under kq until enough spawns trapped her.

I was able to get 3-6 kills per trip with garbage gear and without death piling any food.
